Elastin/Collagen Toner
As the second step of dry skin cleansing, this unique alcohol-free toner stimulates gently, as it refreshes and smoothes skin. It restores acid balance, and more. An ideal nighttime freshener, particularly for dry or mature skins. Great for men, too!
DIRECTIONS:
For face, use ELASTIN/COLLAGEN SKIN TONER instead of water. Apply with hands or on moist cotton pad and wipe in smooth, upward and outward motions all over face. For throat, moisten pad and tap in brisk upward motions. For bust, smooth moistened cotton pad over entire breast area.
Originally intended as the “water” step of a dry skin cleansing program. Experience has proven it to be equally effective for all but oily skins.
It’s also excellent for men to use after shaving—it’s so much better for youthful-looking skin than the regular after-shave lotion.
Some women use this on arms and shoulders rather than the fragrant alcohol body splashes.
